Caffeine

Summary

Caffeine is in a pretty decent area of Lakewood with several on-street parking spots in front of the shop. I loved the atmosphere inside the coffee shop and the many places to sit and work. The couches were very comfortable. The service was great. They have a good amount of pastries for sale as well, and we tried the cinnamon roll which was delicious. They sold their own brand of coffee beans as well, so maybe we’ll be reviewing their beans soon! I’ve visited Caffeine probably 3 times now, and each time has been stellar. When we visited most recently, it was the busiest we had ever seen it which is always a good thing! I’m excited to return again soon!

It does have the elements of a good coffee shop… It has plants, it has exposed wood, and it has local art for sale!

What we ordered

Sarah: Vanilla Latte (hot) and the Honeybee Latte, hot and iced. It’s so good — I’ve been obsessed with these honeybee lattes at different places and I think this one is my favorite so far.

Joe: Violet Latte — it’s honestly hard to describe. It had 3 or 4 waves of different flavors. When I think of aftertaste in a drink or food, it’s usually a bad thing — but this left a great aftertaste. One of my all-time favorites thus far.
